Property is situated in the main center of the party place Patong beach. Property is very clean.

Breakfast options and selection menu has to be improved.

Very basic, but clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

Very good hotel! Stayed there last year and came back again this year. Perfect location. Close to everything. No noise from the bars. The rooms are spacious and soundproof. The staff is friendly and polite. The beach is just in a couple of minutes away. Lots of restaurants around. Highly recommend!

Although the staff were overall very friendly and polite — especially during breakfast, which was lovely and well-prepared — we were quite shocked during check-out. The receptionist took our key and went to inspect the room before letting us leave. This has never happened to us before and felt quite rude, as if checking whether we had taken something from the room.Also, the tap water was yellowish, so I recommend using bottled water instead.The hotel's location is nice and quiet, and aside from the check-out experience, the service from the rest of the staff was excellent.

Lovely place. Spacious room. Been in Thailand for a week and this was the best night sleep so far. Very accommodating staff. Best breakfast as it wasn’t buffet style. Cooked to order. Recommend.

Every thing ws nice. It was calm and pleasant. We wanted a chill break and we got it here in this property. It is so close to main road still away from noise and buzz. We travelled with our toddler and it was all nice.

Everything was good. No complains.

Big room with balcony , it was clean but there was no elevator , my room was on the 3rd floor , breakfast was simple and good .

Quiet even though just around corner from bangla road and across the road from Patong beach

When we arrived they didn’t have ourroom. Upon looking they found our bookig but no space. To be fair they found us somewhere else (not location or place we would choose but they paid and took us there and picked us up next day - but it wasted three hours while they were searching for somewhere and the interruption next day).

Good, quiet location near the beach. The staff were very pleasant and did their best to help, though communication was limited by our language differences. They sprayed my room with insecticide and cleaned it thoroughly after I showed them pictures of the insects on my bed overnight.

Insect infestation of my room. Looked like there were bedbugs on my bed after I got up to go to the loo in the middle of the night. Took pictures and showed to staff who thought they were ants. The water in the bathroom was discoloured a greeny brown colour.

It has a good location and it has laundry service.

The staff was kinda rude, the room was not what we ask for. When we ask for some changes in the room according to what we ask for they were complaining.

Breakfast was decent and freshly made. Worth mentioning is that the staff at breakfast place is really nice and friendly.

I think the staff at the reception could be nicer and friendlier. And if someone is asking a question, or checking in or out, they could at least stand up. Yeah, the reception staff could really improve.

Spacious, clean deluxe room. Just off busy street but mostly quiet. Staff very helpful and actioned all requests. Breakfast fine and better than most.

Bed very hard but asked for topper which they supplied that day and was comfortable.

It’s clean and comfortable, with a balcony, the territory of the hotel is nice and green, nice view from the balcony. Rooms are cleaned every day, as well as the water is provided daily. Location is good, around 5 min walk from the beach, restaurants and cafes are right near the hotel. The nice rooftop bar is right in front of the hotel

The location is a major plus. It's centrally located in Patong but away from the main noisy streets, making it convenient yet peaceful. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance. The room, although old, was clean and comfortable enough for a short stay.

The price felt a bit expensive for what the place offers, especially considering the condition of the room and facilities. One issue I had was the outside area near the lobby — it was very dark at night. My room was directly opposite the lobby, and the open area between was poorly lit, making it feel unsafe. Improved lighting would definitely make a big difference.

1. Receptionist rude behaviour.2. Wifi not working 3. Ala carte breakfast with a set menu and set portion.4. Highly Overpriced.5. No toothbrush, toothpaste, comb 6. No beachfront 7. Most of the staff do not understand english well.

The hotel is very close to the beach and Bangla road. Both can be easily reached with a few minutes' walk. It is relatively quiet, you can barely hear the noise of the main street

Opposite the hotel there is a Turkish restaurant where every night loud music played until midnight. Breakfast is overpriced and monotonous. It is suitable for a stay of a few days, but if you are coming for a longer period, do not choose the rooms with breakfast, as you can find more varied and delicious ones in the nearby restaurants. It doesn't matter how kindly you approach the lady with glasses at the reception, she is usually indifferent or phlegmatic (It was probably more personal, as I had complained on the first morning about the quality of the breakfast, specifically that the tomatoes were wormy) and complains when she has to do some "extra" work (while renting a scooter, she didn't like that we rented it for a day at a time instead of a longer period, as she had to fill out the rental form each time)Renting a scooter is generally easy, but the technical condition is not the best. They shine from the outside, but I had to warn them after we got back in the afternoon that the rear brakes barely work.Looking back at the time of reserving the room, it feels slightly overpriced in terms of value for money. By spending a little more, there were better hotels located at a similar distance from the beach and Bangla Road.
